Luxuriously decorated apartment/penthouse of 250 m2 with 4 bedrooms, intended for 8- 10 people, is located on the 2nd floor of the house. It extends over two floors, and the first floor consists of: open living room with dining room and kitchen, two bedrooms, one bathroom with toilet, hallway, spacious terrace. On the second floor there are: two bedrooms with a bathroom and toilet plus an
additional toilet. (one room is an open space) with an exit to the balcony and we look at the sea.

Air conditioners are located in all rooms. There is a TV with satellite receiver in the living room. The kitchen has: oven, dishwasher, sink, induction hob, refrigerator with freezer, hood, kettle, electric. coffee machine and all necessary dishes. From the kitchen and dining room there is access to a spacious terrace with a fantastic view of Rajska plaža.

Sheets and towels are included in the price. As part of the accommodation, there is available; garden with children's playground,
Barbecue with garden gazebos and other facilities offered. Two parking spaces are provided.

Remark:

SMOKING is not allowed in the accommodation
Tourist tax: included in the price.
A deposit of EUR 500 is mandatory and is left when picking up the keys, and will be
returned upon departure.
Bed linen is changed every 7 days and towels every 3 days.
